Happy Monday, and welcome to another generative and AI art weekly digest.

Today we have a mix of generative artworks, a new dynamic smart contract by Transient Labs, and another example of museums opening up to digital art.

Let’s get started:

1. Kaloh’s Podcast: Laurence Fuller and Alejandro Cartagena

Last week, I had a great conversation with actor, poet, digital artist, and collector Larence Fuller. The episode is available on my new YouTube channel 👇

Today, I’ll be chatting with Alejandro Cartagena, a Mexican photographer whose work is held in the Museum of Contemporary Photography in Chicago, the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, and the Santa Barbara Museum of Art. He has published over 10 books and is the co-founder of Fellowship.

We’ll live stream the recording (as every Monday, 7 pm UTC) via Twitter and YouTube.

2. 17 Remarkable Feral File Artworks

I shared 17 remarkable and 8 accessible artworks from Feral File history, including works from Tyler Hobbs, Dmitri Cherniak, Casey Reas, and many more going under the radar.

This week, The Seeker by KARBORN launched with an interesting dynamic that lets collectors update the artwork in their NFT as many times as they want —for now…

Transient Labs does it again, with back-to-back amazing drops. Last week, ‘beef brothko by die with the most likes’ shook the generative and AI space with an bizarre critique and performance.

Sadok #60 by Olga Fadina.

There is a place in a remote village with only forest and huge meadows and hills around it. I used to spend a few days there in the summer. This year it has become my retreat for the whole summer. There is silence around and no persistent explosions from the bombing. I wanted to use this time to relax and reflect.

5. [Interesting Read] Musée d’Orsay partners with Tezos Foundation

To kick off the partnership, the museum - Musée d’Orsay - will offer on-chain digital souvenirs to visitors of its upcoming exhibition, “Van Gogh in Auvers-sur-Oise: The Final Months,” which opens on October 3 and will explore works created by the renowned Dutch painter in the last two months of his life.
