Presenting: Blind Gallery Vistas Edition

Hello, art fans!

I’m thrilled to share all the details about the upcoming Blind Gallery show I’ve been working on for over six months. It is a collaboration with Feral File, where I had the chance to curate alongside Casey Reas.

If you aren’t familiar with the Blind Gallery Editions, it is a week-long digital event where the story, inspiration, techniques, and hints about the creators are released parallel to collecting. Collectors can immerse and discover new artists until their names are finally revealed at the end of the event.

Enchanted - inspired by fairy tales and contemplates their true and 'untrue' nature.

Building upon previous Editions —1st, Bear Market, Seed— six mysterious generative artists present artworks inspired by the landscape theme. Collectors can choose their preferred artwork and get a unique piece from the selected collection.

“As part of my creative coding teaching practice, I’ve noticed how many of my students develop a strong interest and curiosity for generative landscapes.

Across history, many artists have used scenary and real word views as their inpiration. Nevertheless, the tools and technologies keep evolving, opening the doors for new aesthethics, not possible before.

For that reason, I was keen to put on a show with some of the finest scenery creators of this space.”

Idem Locus - inspired by the Late Middle Ages and the early Renaissance engravings.

Artists draw upon their backgrounds, skilfully mixing perspectives of natural elements– both figuratively and abstractly. Each stroke of generative algorithms breathes life into these mesmerizing vistas, creating a harmonious blend of technology and artistic expression.

This exhibition serves as a testament to how "computer" creations redefine the real world, adding depth and dimension to its beauty.

A Dio Collection" is a digital echo of Sumi-e, the ancient painting technique embodying simplicity and tranquility.

Same process as in previous editions:

1. Purchase a Mint Pass on fxhash.

2. Check out the collection’s previews, and join the conversation over Twitter/Discord with other collectors.

3. Pay attention to hints and the story behind each artwork to make your decision.

4. Exchange your Mint Pass on our site - each can be exchanged for a free allowlist spot in the selected collection.

Groove - inspired by hand-drawn landscapes of ancient times.

Designed by Mark Knol - you can exchange the Mint Pass for an allowlist spot in your favorite collection.

• You must exchange your Mint Passes on our website before the exchange period ends (September 6).

Mark Knol maintained the same look and feel from previous Editions. In this case, he used abstract mountains, multiple layers that combine the Vistas Edition branding and transparent curly lines.

• 750 Mint Passes

• Each collection has a 150 cap. You can't select a collection once the cap has been reached.

• Price: 50 Tezos (~$35).

• Each Blind Gallery Club member gets 2 pre-sale spots.

• Premium and Legendary Blind Gallery Club holders will get their airdrops during this time.

• You can collect a membership token on fxhash.

The remaining Mint Passes will be sold on a Public Sale.

• Price: 90 Tezos (~$60).

Fuji - inspired by Mt. Fuji, the highest and most famous sacred mountain in Japan.

This is where you choose your favorite collection and exchange your Mint Passes.

• The Exchange Period will last 5 days (September 2 to September 6).

• On September 7, the artists will be revealed, and all the collections will be available to mint on fxhash.

• Only those with allowlist access (obtained by exchanging a Mint Pass) can mint for 0 Tezos.

Motorbike Rides - inspired by the artist's exploration of fields near home, where serene rice fields, delicate flowers, and butterflies fuel their creativity.
