Hey y'all,
Last week, I joined a new writing club called First Draft Club. It costs $25 to join, and the rules are simple:
Publish each week in the /firstdraft Farcaster channel to earn $5 back.
Active members qualify for new rewards and perks each month. This month, writers who publish on Paragraph are entered into a $100 raffle (not too bad!).
This is my second week in the experiment, and it’s already pushed me to publish an extra post—so I guess it’s working! I encourage you to join if you’re looking for a little extra motivation to write more.
This new club, which operates entirely online and onchain, got me thinking about the variety of memberships, clubs, and dynamics shaping this new approach to content creation.
